Our staff of nationally certified personal trainers have the knowledge and experience to help you create a healthier life style and improve your strength and cardiovascular system. Training is available for all levels. If you have been away from exercise or never really started, we have a trainer for you. If you are an experienced athlete and want to fine tune your workouts, we have a trainer for you.

Turn it in when you purchase your training sessions, and our training coordinator will have one of our trainers contact you.

Stacey Hartley, ACE
Registered dietician for 13 years. ACE Personal Trainer and Group Fitness instructor. Loves to work with all populations. Interests include triathalons and CrossFit workouts.
David Lessig, ACE
Personal trainer , group fitness and cycling instructor since 2000. Trains with TRX, indoor cycles, endurance cardio, and strength. Trains all levels of clients. Interests include triathlons, functional fitness, and strength training.
Stacey Radwany, AFAA
Personal trainer, and group fitness instructor since 2004. Certified as a “Biggest Loser” trainer. Placed first in Northeastern Ohio body building competition. Trains all levels.
