Barre and Kettlebell Class Info

  

BarreStrength - Fuses together work on the barre with Pilates, Yoga, core, total body interval strength training, and stretching. Max class size: 18; first come, first serve.
Equipment: barre, light hand weights, stretch bands, and small soft fusion balls
Class times: Wednesdays at 6:30 pm
 
BarreFit - High intensity barre workout that blends strength training, stretching, ballet inspired movements, and Pilates for a total body workout. Max class size: 18; first come, first serve.
Equipment: barre, light hand weights, workout balls, and your own body weight
Class times: Saturdays at 9:30 am
 
Kettlebell - Improves cardio endurance, core strength and gives you a total-body toning workout. This workout works all the muscles of the body in one class without a large investment of time. Max class size: 18; first come, first serve.
Class times: Tuesdays or Thursdays at 6:30 pm
