Officers provided overtime to enhance DUI enforcement

Officers increasing DUI enfocement The Cuyahoga Falls Police Department, Special Operations Unit, is announcing their annual HOMECOMING SEASON DUI ENFORCEMENT BLITZ.

With The City of Cuyahoga Falls having so many high schools, officers will be out in force to strictly enforce DUI and PASSENGER RESTRAINT LAWS. Officers are concentrating efforts for the football Homecoming games and dances, which are traditional times that teens have a tendency to drink and drive.

The Ohio Department of Public Safety, Governor's Highway Safety Office, and National Highway Traffic Safety Association provide funds for this special enforcement effort.
