The City of Cuyahoga Falls Parks & Recreation Department is looking for dependable, flexible and hard working individuals to assist with the operations of The Natatorium. Main duties include: serving as a liasion between the customer and multiple departments; being knowledgeable with all programs and services offered with the deparment; answering phones, filing, and registering patrons for programs and memberships; assisting with the upkeep of the facility; and enforcing guidelines.
Qualified applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Be able to work a flexible schedule; holidays and weekends are required
Must have excellent customer service skills.
Works well with computers and has the ability to learn mulitiple computer programs quickly.
- Must be able to mulit-task and work in a busy environment.
- Be a team player.
- Represent the Natatorium and the Parks and Recreation Department in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Starting rate of pay is $7.95/hour. Looking for individuals who will want to advance to become Facility Manager.
