Junior Lifeguarding

This program is for children ages 11 - 14 who are interested in lifeguarding. Students who enroll in Water Works Family Aquatic Center's Junior Lifeguard Program will receive instruction in water safety, public relations, water fitness, teamwork, leadership skills, first aid and basic lifesaving skills. Upon successful completion of the course, students receive an American Red Cross Guard Start Passport Certification, which includes a listing of each lesson and is signed and certified by Cuyahoga Falls Parks and Recreation Department trainers.

Junior Lifeguarding Program Includes
Program begins each day (Monday-Thursday) at 9:00 a.m. and will conclude at 3:00pm.

Lunch is provided for all participants each day. Each participant will receive a Water Works Family Aquatic Center Junior Lifeguard T-shirt.
