Personal Group Fitness

This unique program is for those adult patrons who want to workout together in a small group setting. It is not meant to replace one-on-one personal training which involves a personal trainer writing a personal fitness program specifically for one person.
A Personal Group Fitness group will include; four adult patrons, instructed by one of our nationally certified personal trainers, for one hour, one time a week, for four consecutive weeks. This individualized program will address the goals that the GROUP would like to accomplish. Some group goals may be to get started back into a fitness regime, some may want to train for a specific event, while others may want to enjoy working toward a weight loss, strength or toning goal with a group of friends. Each program will cover the 5 components of fitness (muscular strength, muscular endurance, cardio endurance, balance, and flexibility).
How to get started:
- Pick up a Personal Group Fitness packet at the Welcome Desk at the Natatorium Health & Fitness Center.
- When all 4 group members turn in the packet, with all applicable fees paid in full, the training coordinator will contact the designated group contact person to set up a workout day and time.
- Training will start promptly at the designated time agreed upon, for one hour, one day a week, for four consecutive weeks.
- No make-ups or refunds available for individual missed sessions.
