Kids' Castle

The Kids’ Castle is a babysitting facility in The Natatorium. Babysitting is limited to maximum stay of two hours.

Babysitting services in the Kids’ Castle are free for children of annual members. Children of the annual member will be issued a “Kids’ Castle” photo ID card which the parent will use for free admission to the Kids’ Castle. Proof of guardianship/age must be presented when card is issued.

Babysitting services are also free for children who have paid an entrance fee to the Natatorium. The parent of the child paying must request a receipt for the child that will be given to the Kid’s Castle staff as proof of admission payment.

Children who do not pay a fee to enter the building will pay a $2 fee for babysitting.

Mon-Sat 8am-1pm
Mon-Thurs 4pm-8pm

On your first visit, please provide proof of age via the child’s birth certificate, or a hospital record. If you have already brought one in to the Welcome Desk, we would be happy to check that for you.

  • To better care for your child, an emergency medical form must be filled out prior to leaving your child in the Kids’ Castle. These forms can be picked up at any time at the Welcome Desk, or in the Kids’ Castle.
  • Please indicate your intended workout location so we can reach you if your child needs you. If your child id inconsolable after a reasonable length of time you will be paged.
  • For safety reasons, we request all parents remain in the building while their child is playing in the Kids’ Castle.
  • For safety reasons, we request to have the same parent/guardian who drops off the child, pick up the child. If other arrangements need to be made, please inform the staff at the time of sign in.
  • We request that the parent/guardian dropping off the child leave a picture ID with our staff. This can be your Natatorium pass, or a driver’s license.
  • Due to allergies, please do not bring any food or beverages into the Kids’ Castle.
  • Personal items are welcome. We ask that you label them with a permanent marker, so we can be sure we don’t lose your child’s possessions.
  • So no one gets hurt, please leave your stroller parked outside the Kids’ Castle.
  • Due to space constraints, only the child’s personal belongings may be kept in the Kids’ Castle.
  • If needed, our staff will assist your child in the restroom, or to change your child’s diaper. Please be sure to indicate your permission on the registration form. You will need to provide your own diapers, and cleaning wipes.
  • If your child has shown signs of illness that day, please do not bring him/her to the castle.

Disciplinary concerns will be brought to the attention of the parents and the Facility Director in a written form Disciplinary concerns include, but are not limited to, Aggressive behavior, Damage to property, Disruptive behavior. If these behaviors occur, the staff will not permit the child to attend the Kids’ Castle for one month.
