06:30 pm - 09:30 pm at Quirk Cultural Center
All classes are taught in a progressive format, each series covering one dance for five weeks. To see what dances are being taught that session go to www.dancerinyou.com Singles and couples are welcome, ages teen thru adult. Fee is $10 per person/per class($16 for two classes on the same night) or $16 per couple/per class. Pay at the door, no pre-registering needed. The following classes are being offered with a new session beginning Thursday, Feb. 11-March 11.
Beginner Ballroom from 6:30-7:15pm. Intermediate Ballroom from 7:15-7:45pm. Intermediate Argentine Tango from 8:00-8:45pm. Beginner Club Style Dance from 8:45-9:30pm. | | | | | Saturday February 13, 2010 | | | Cuyahoga Falls Amateur Baseball Association Registration
10:00 am - 1:00 pm at Quirk Cultural Center
The Cuyahoga Falls Amateur Baseball Association, sponsored by the Cuyahoga Falls Parks and Recreation Department, will hold their registration for the baseball program Saturday, February 13, and Saturday, March 6 from 10 a.m. - 1 p.m., at the Quirk Cultural Center, 1201 Grant Ave., 330-971-8425.
This baseball program is designed so that everyone who registers is placed on a team and will play in every game. Uniforms, equipment, fields and coaches are provided. Each player must provide his glove and all-purpose shoes. Registration fees are $40 for players from ages 6 - 12 years, $45 for players from ages 13 - 14 and $50 for ages 15-18.
To register, the player must have a parent to sign the permission form, proof of his date of birth and registration fee. For more information, please call the Parks and Recreation Office at 330-971-8225.
