The City of Cuyahoga Falls has launched a citywide initiative to install new electric and water meters for all residential and commercial properties. This project will lower operational costs of reading meters by enabling the city to read electric and water meters without a physical visit to the customer. AMR will provide options such as demand readings, two-way communications, more customer flexibility in which individual due dates may be selected, and offers our staff the ability to do remote shut-offs. In addition, with the new automated technology, electric power outages and water leaks can be identified and serviced more quickly.
