Our staff of nationally certified personal trainers have the knowledge and experience to help you create a healthier life style and improve your strength and cardiovascular system. Training is available for all levels. If you have been away from exercise or never really started, we have a trainer for you. If you are an experienced athlete and want to fine tune your workouts, we have a trainer for you.

Turn it in when you purchase your training sessions, and our training coordinator will have one of our trainers contact you.

David Lessig, ACE
Personal trainer , group fitness and cycling instructor since 2000. Certified to train with TRX®, indoor cycling, endurance cardio, and strength. Trains all levels of clients. Interests include triathlons, functional fitness, and strength training.
