Portion of HunterParkway Closed for Repair

Eric M. Czetli, Director of Public Service, would like to alert residents and motorists that today, Thursday, July 16, 2014, Hunter Parkway between Bristol Lane and Prescott Circle will be closed for road repairs. The road will reopen at 2:30 p.m. 

Emergency crews have been notified and detour signs are posted. We wish to thank the motoring public for their patience during this closure.

Water Works Family Aquatic Center Closed Rest of Day - 7/7/2014

Water Works Family Aquatic Center will be closed the rest of today (7/8/14) due to inclement weather.  The Aquatic Center will re-open tomorrow (7/8/14) at 10:30 for members (and guests of members) and 11:00a.m. for all other patrons.

Cuyahoga Falls Community Days at the Akron Zoo

In appreciation of the support of Summit County voters and residents, the Akron Zoo is, once again, offering free admission to the zoo during Cuyahoga Falls Community Days.  Beginning Sunday, August 17 through Thursday, August 21, Cuyahoga Falls residents will receive free admission to the zoo with a valid Community Day ticket.  Community Day tickets are available July 1 - August 15, 2014 for pick up at either the Akron Zoo (500 Edgewood Ave., Akron) or the Cuyahoga Falls Utility Billing office (Municipal Building, 2310 Second Street).  There is a limit of four tickets per ho

The Cuyahoga Falls Crime Fighters tip line (330-971-TIPS) is a way for tips to be submitted anonymously for crimes that may occur in the City of Cuyahoga Falls.  While Cuyahoga Falls is fortunate to already have a low crime rate, the City's goal is to have zero crime and is, therefore, instituting this proactive program.   Law enforcement will follow up on tips submitted, and a determination will be made by Crime Fighter officials whether a tip is eligible for a reward and what the amount of that reward will be.  Crime Fighters is funded solely through donations…no City
