Utility Billing Office Will Close Early on Tuesday, October 9th

Due to the Romney Victory Rally, the Cuyahoga Falls Utility Billing office will close early on Tuesday, October 9, 2012, at 5:00 p.m. Residents who wish to pay their bill at that time may pay on-line or place their payment in the night drop box. Thank you for your cooperation.

Road Closures for Romney Victory Rally

Fourth Street will be closed to traffic on Tuesday, October 9, 2012 beginning at 5:30 p.m. (Fourth Street from Stow to Oakwood)

Oakwood Drive will be closed to traffic on Tuesday, October 9, 2012 beginning at 3:30 p.m. (from Second to 4th Streets)

Motorists may also experience some traffic delays when the motorcade arrives in the Portage Trail, Second St., Third St. and Fourth St. area.

2012 Leaf Program Goes Paperless!

Our Annual Leaf Program, running from October 29th through November 23rd is going paperless! Leaf pickup schedules will no longer be mailed. To find out when your leaf pickup dates are, visit our website at www.cityofcf.com and click on leaf pickup in the rotating box. You can also call our leaf line at 330/971-8031 or visit the Utility Billing Department located at 2310 Second Street during regular business hours. Break the Cycle of Abuse in Our Community

Cuyahoga Falls Mayor, Don L. Robart urges all residents to recognize October as Domestic Violence Awareness month. The City has partnered with the Battered Women’s Shelter (BWS) in observing the important role BWS serves in the community. For the month of October, purple lights will shine in the downtown clocktower to help raise awareness of the City’s campaign against domestic violence.

City of Cuyahoga Falls Partners with Crooked River Adventures for National Public Lands Day River Cleanup

The City of Cuyahoga Falls is partnering with Crooked River Adventures, a division of the Department of Recreational Services at Kent State University (KSU), to conduct a Cuyahoga River cleanup on Saturday, September 29th, 2012.

The annual fall cleanup focuses on the Cuyahoga River between Tannery Park in Kent and Water Works Park in Cuyahoga Falls. Shuttles, equipment and lunch are provided for volunteers.
