Trigo’s Market Bakery announces its Grand Opening

Trigo’s Market Bakery will celebrate their Grand Opening with an Open House and Ribbon Cutting from 11:30 am – 12:30 pm on Thursday November 1, 2012 at their bakery located at 3247 State Road, in the On Tap Plaza in Cuyahoga Falls. The event is open to the public and will feature samples of Trigo’s delicious European style breads and French pastries. The event begins at 11:30 am followed by the Ceremonial ribbon cutting ceremony with Cuyahoga Falls’ Mayor Don Robart at 12:00 pm.
Trigo’s Market Bakery is an artisan bakery founded in 2011 by brothers Randall, and Bradley Shipp with the mission to produce and sell high quality fresh artisan breads and baked goods. All of the breads are made in small batches, using traditional old world baking methods and the highest quality ingredients, guaranteeing delicious, fresh, flavorful bread every time. Randall, a graduate with high honors of LeCordon Blue Culinary School, has honed his skills and become a top artisan baker working under, and training with the area’s best artisan bakers.
From crusty baguettes to their signature cinnamon bread, Trigo’s offers a variety of healthy, fresh alternatives to the mass produced commercial bakery products offered in supermarkets. In addition to their European style artisan breads Trigo’s Market Bakery also features authentic French pastries including croissants and scones along with seasonal holiday pies and desserts on a limited basis.
