On 2/5/12 at 0225 hours Kimberly Stumpf was charged with OVI, BAC and Assured Clear Distance Ahead, after the vehicle that she was driving hit the rear of a Cuyahoga Falls Police cruiser that was on a traffic stop at Northampton Rd. and West Portage Trail. The impact caused the police cruiser to jump forward, striking a Cuyahoga Falls Police Officer. The officer was transported to a local hospital where he was treated and released. The incident is still being investigated and may result in further charges.
