Parks & Recreation Department To Go Online With CFO

Mayor Don L. Robart announces a new online service for Park and Recreation patrons. This marks another service that has been made available through the City's eGovernment Program known as CFO - Cuyahoga Falls Online. CFO provides the residents and businesses of Cuyahoga Falls, as well as patrons to the city's Park and Recreation facilities, centralized on-line access to City services.

Residents and nonresidents can now view, register and pay for classes offered at any Park and Recreation facility online. They can also purchase or renew a Water Works Family Aquatics Center season pass, view availability of rental facilities and view other information such as past receipts, visits, and shopping history.

Mayor Robart states "The Parks and Recreation department has joined Utility Billing and Building Departments in the ever increasing online services made available through Cuyahoga Falls Online. The response to CFO has been outstanding so far and by adding this new service we feel CFO will continue to be a hit."

This service can be accessed via the city's website at www.cityofcf.com. If you are already registered in CFO, enter your User ID and Password. Click on the Parks and Recreation tab at the top of the Welcome page. If you are not registered, click on the CFO logo to sign up and learn more about CFO.

John Olivier, Superintendent of Park and Recreation, adds "We are excited about being part of CFO which will provide our patrons with easier and more convenient access to Parks and Recreation programs, classes and facilities."

Current CFO services include the viewing/paying of utility bills and renewing/paying of contractors licenses online. Other CFO services slated for this year include the ability to view, apply and pay for Building permits and a City Income Tax Preparer that will assist taxpayers in preparing their City Income Tax return.
