Free Wireless Internet Available At Natatorium

Mayor Don Robart is excited to announce free wireless Internet access at the Cuyahoga Falls Natatorium. Any Natatorium patron with a wireless capable laptop computer can now access the Internet free of charge from the banquet and conference rooms, as well as the cafe and lobby areas. "This wireless "hot spot" is just the beginning of many new technological advances that are being planned as part of our e-Gov initiative", commented Mayor Robart. "The benefits of wireless service are paramount, not only to our residents, but all those who visit our Natatorium".

Personal computers and Internet use have become more common and necessary in our everyday lives, and the City intends not only to keep pace, but to be on the leading edge of this new technology. Future wireless "hot spots" are planned for the spring of 2005 in the Falls River Square district and the Water Works Family Aquatic Center. Also scheduled for next year will be tremendous upgrades in the city's website whereby residents and customers will be able to pay for and view their utilities online as well as renew memberships and reserve parks and recreation facilities. For more information please contact the Information Services Department at 330-971-8160 or the Natatorium at 330-971-8080.
