The Cuyahoga Falls Parks and Recreation Department is offering a Nutritional Series at the Quirk Cultural Center, 1201 Grant Ave. Cuyahoga Falls every Thursday, September 5-December 5 from 7-8 p.m. Through this series you will discover the food and lifestyle choices that best support your unique needs. Making gradual, lifelong changes enables you to reach your current and future health goals. All classes include a demonstration and/or samples with a recipe card and handouts. Fee is $2 resident/$3 nonresident, plus class fee of $10 ($99 for all 12 classes) made payable to Marcy Grafton. All class fees must be paid at registration.
