Adult Ballet-New Session Beginning!

The Cuyahoga Falls Parks and Recreation Department is offering Adult Ballet lessons at the Quirk Cultural Center, 1201 Grant Ave. Cuyahoga Falls. Come join the fun, meet new people, and get some exercise.  Now offering a Beginners class on Thursdays from 9-10am and an Intermediate class on Tuesdays from 9-10:15am. These classes are designed to promote good posture, self-confidence, and grace, while teaching students how to strengthen and protect their bodies from injury.  These classes will consist of traditional ballet barre, stretching exercises and mild ballet center floor combinations.  All classes are 4-week sessions with a new Intermediate session beginning on Tuesday, February 28, and a new Beginner session starting on Thursday, March 1.  Fee is $8 resident/$12 nonresident, plus class fee of $20 for one class or $35 for both classes (made payable to Jean Brady).  All class fees must be paid at first class.
