Fair Housing Program

The goal of the Fair Housing Program is to enable all citizens, and prospective citizens of the City of Cuyahoga Falls, to acquire and maintain equal housing accommodations. Individuals might otherwise be discouraged or prohibited from equal housing opportunities based on race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status or national origin.

The Fair Housing Program strives to educate, prevent, discourage and deal with unfair housing practices stemming from prejudices that result from a prospective homeowner or tenant because they are a member of one of the aforementioned groups.
