The City of Cuyahoga Falls Law Department is located on the third floor of the Municipal Building. The Prosecuting Attorneys are available by appointment only by calling (330) 971-8190 or lawdepartment@cityofcf.com. The Law department prosecutes for the following jurisdictions:

Cuyahoga Falls 
Silver Lake
