Information Services

The Information Services Department is in charge of the City's data network, infrastructure, and organization. The department provides information services solutions and support to the City's departments and currently maintains 360 personal computers, 75 printers, 26 servers, and 3 IBM iSeries. Information services also develops and maintains the City's website and eServices known as CFOnline. IS played a major role in the development, implementation and maintenance of the City eGovernment initiative, which provides the residents and businesses of Cuyahoga Falls on-line access to City services, and the centralization of back office process through enterprise software to reduce costs and improve productivity.
