Kids Bicentennial Birthday Bash Brings Family Fun to the Natatorium - 01/26/12
Mayor Don L. Robart and the Bicentennial Committee are proud to announce a Family Movie Night at the Natatorium marking the City’s 2nd event in 2012 commemorating our 200th Birthday!The Kids Bicentennial Birthday Bash will take place on Sunday February 19, 2012 from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. The evening will begin with a DJ spinning some cool tunes! There will be dancing, contests and prizes and a photo opportunity with a very special Cuyahoga Falls furry character. We will conclude the night by showing the 2010 movie, Furry Vengeance in its entirety in the Conference and Banquet Center.

Cuyahoga Falls Mayor, Don L. Robart invites families throughout the region to kick off the City’s Bicentennial celebration. The Frozen River Festival will take place at Falls River Square, in downtown Cuyahoga Falls on Saturday, January 21 and Sunday, January 22, 2012. This event marks the first of many to be held in 2012 to commemorate the City’s 200th Birthday.
Aggravated Robbery on Bucholzer Rd. - 01/13/12
On Thursday, January 12, 2012 at approximately 6:08 pm, a lone male entered the Pulp Smoothie store on Bucholzer Bd. in Cuyahoga Falls, brandished a gun, demanded money, and then fled the store with an undetermined amount of cash.

The City of Cuyahoga Falls announces that it has chosen to participate in EcoSmart Choice, a “green energy pricing” program offered through American Municipal Power, Inc.
Cuyahoga Falls Police Narcotics Unit Executes a Search Warrant on Bailey Rd. - 01/12/12
On 1/11/12 the Cuyahoga Falls Police Narcotics Unit executed a search warrant at 2843 Bailey Rd. The unit had received information from sources indicating that Methamphetamine was being manufactured at that location and one individual was known to have overdosed on drugs at that location but did survive. During the search of the residence evidence was found indicating that Methamphetamine was in fact being manufactured at that address.
